The last week the Helpdesk has received a couple of incidents where users have lost the ability to connect to wireless networks.
When clicking on the network icon (if there even was an icon) there was no networks to connect to.
When checking the services the Network List Service was set to disabled. This service should be set to Manual. After changing it to Manual and restarting the PC the user was able to connect to WiFi networks again.
